Ingredients (Serves 2-3)
* Mascarpone cheese: 50g
* Spicy cod roe (karashi mentaiko): 1/2 to 1 sac (about 2 tablespoons)
* Broccoli: 4-6 florets
* Potatoes: 2
* Carrot: 1/2
Instructions
1. Make a slit in the skin of the spicy cod roe and squeeze out the contents. Peel the carrots and potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces, place them in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes.
2. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces, place in a heatproof container, and microwave for 1 and a half minutes. Put the mascarpone cheese in a bowl, add the cod roe, mix well, and serve.
