Ingredients
* 2 slices of bread (6 slices per loaf)
* 70g cabbage
* 30g new onion
* 1 egg
* 1 tablespoon rice oil
* A pinch of rock salt
* A pinch of coarsely ground black pepper
* 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
* 1 tablespoon ketchup
* 1/2 teaspoon sugar
* 15g butter
Instructions
1. Shred the spring cabbage and thinly slice the new onion.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, crack in the egg, add the new onion and spring cabbage in the empty space, cover, and steam-fry over medium-low heat.
3. Mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and sugar to make the sauce.
4. Remove the lid, let some of the moisture from the vegetables evaporate, and sprinkle with rock salt and coarsely ground black pepper. 5. Make a thin cut down the middle of each slice of bread, flip it over so the cut is horizontal, and spread the sauce from step 3 on top.
6. Add the steamed vegetables, fried egg, steamed vegetables, and more sauce to make a sandwich. Cook both sides in a pan with melted butter.
