One-bread ham and cheese toast

 


Ingredients (for 1 serving):

1 slice of bread (6 slices per loaf)

1 slice of roast ham

1 slice of cheese

10g butter

[A] 2 beaten eggs

[A] 10g chopped green onions

[A] 1/3 teaspoon salt

[A] Black pepper to taste


Instructions:


① Cut the bread into four equal triangles. Cut the roast ham and cheese in half.

② Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and pour in the mixed ingredients from [A].

③ When the eggs are semi-cooked, arrange the bread slices from ① on top.

④ Flip the whole thing over and fold the excess egg inwards. Place the roast ham and cheese slices from ① on top.

⑤ Fold in half and it's done!
