Teriyaki Egg Rice Bowl

 


Ingredients (1 serving):

Ground meat 100g

Sesame oil 1 tsp

[A] Soy sauce 1 tbsp

[A] Mirin 1 tbsp

[A] Sugar 1 tsp

Eggs 2

Scallions (finely chopped) appropriate amount

Rice 1 bowl


Instructions: 


① Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the ground meat over medium heat.

② Add [A] to ① and heat until the sauce is reduced by half. Add the eggs, lightly scramble them, and simmer until thickened. Place on top of rice, sprinkle with scallions, and it's done!
