Teriyaki salmon

 


Ingredients:

Salmon (fillets)

3 slices

Wheat flour As needed

   2 tablespoons  soy sauce

2 tablespoons Sake

2 tablespoons Mirin

Vegetable oil A little


Directions

1. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and lightly coat with flour.


2. Lightly oil a frying pan and cook the salmon over medium heat until both sides are nicely browned.


3. Once the salmon is cooked through, combine the soy sauce, sake, and mirin and pour into the pan. Increase the heat and shake the pan to create a glaze.
