Avocado and prosciutto wrapped and fried

 


Ingredients:


4 spring roll wrappers


1 avocado


40g prosciutto


1 teaspoon lemon juice


A pinch of salt


A pinch of pepper


1 tablespoon water


1 teaspoon flour


Vegetable oil (as needed)


Lemon (wedges) (as needed)


Instructions:


1. Mix flour and water to make a paste.


2. Put the avocado in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper and mix.


3. Cut the spring roll wrappers lengthwise into three equal parts. Place a spoonful of the mixture (from step 2) on one end of each spring roll and fold into a triangle. Apply the paste to the end and press firmly.


4. Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan. Place the spring rolls (from step 3) in the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.


5. Arrange on a plate and garnish with lemon. Enjoy!
