Ingredients:
300g chicken tenderloin
[A] 1 tbsp sake
[A] 1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp potato starch
[B] 2 tbsp soy sauce
[B] 2 tbsp sake
[B] 2 tbsp mirin
[B] 1 tbsp sugar
[B] 1 tbsp vinegar
Mayonnaise (to taste)
Grated garlic (to taste)
Instructions:
① Remove the sinews from the chicken tenderloin and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place in a plastic bag, add [A], massage well, then coat with potato starch.
② Heat 1 tbsp salad oil (not included in the ingredients list) in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken in the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
③ Wipe off excess oil, add [B], and simmer until the sauce thickens. Serve on a plate, top with a mixture of mayonnaise and grated garlic, and it's ready! You can also enjoy it by sprinkling it with chopped parsley or black pepper, if you like!
