No oven needed! Fluffy strawberry tea chiffon cake made with pancake mix.

 


Ingredients

* Pancake mix…120g

* Strawberries…80g

* Black tea teabag…1

* Powdered sugar…to taste (optional)

A Eggs…2

A Vegetable oil…2 tablespoons

A Sweetened condensed milk…3 tablespoons

A Milk…80ml


Instructions

1. Combine ingredients A in a bowl and mix well. Add the pancake mix and the contents of the black tea teabag and mix well until no dry flour remains.

2. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.

3. Add the strawberries to the mixture from step 1 and mix gently. Pour the mixture into a mold. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 5 to 5 minutes and 30 seconds. Remove from the microwave, invert, and let cool completely.

4. Remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
