* Onion ... 1 small (approx. 150g)
* Chicken wings ... 6
* Garlic ... 2 cloves
* Braising liquid
∟ Vinegar ... 1/2 cup
∟ Sugar ... 3 tablespoons
∟ Soy sauce ... 1 and 2/3 tablespoons
[Instructions]
1. Cut the onion into six wedges.
2. Put the braising liquid ingredients in a pot and mix well. Add the chicken wings, [1], and garlic, and heat over medium heat. Once it boils, continue to cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the liquid is reduced. You can add chili oil to taste.
