Chicken breast sautéed with fresh tomato sauce

 


Ingredients (for 2 servings)


Chicken breast…1 piece (approx. 250g) <Cut into 1cm wide, large bite-sized pieces>

• Tomato (ripe)…1 <Cut into 1cm cubes>


• Minced garlic…a small amount


(or 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic)


Salt, freshly ground black pepper, vinegar, olive oil


Instructions


1. Place A in a heatproof bowl and microwave for 40 seconds (600W) without covering. Add a pinch of salt, a little pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon vinegar and mix.


2. Season the chicken with a little salt and pepper.


3. Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a frying pan, arrange the chicken, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.


4. Arrange on a plate and pour the sauce from step 1 over it.
