Ingredients:
6 chicken breast fillets
A pinch of salt
Pepper to taste
6 shiso leaves
1/2 bunch of enoki mushrooms (cut off the base and cut in half)
3 slices of cheese (cut in half)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Breadcrumbs to taste
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
① Remove the sinews from the chicken breast fillets and arrange 6 fillets on a long piece of plastic wrap, leaving space between them. Cover with another piece of plastic wrap and flatten with a rolling pin. Season with salt and pepper.
② Place the shiso leaves, cheese, and enoki mushrooms on top of ① and fold from the front to the back.
③ Spread mayonnaise on ② and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Fold the plastic wrap in half, flip it over, and coat the other side with breadcrumbs in the same way.
④ Add some vegetable oil to a frying pan and fry over medium heat until cooked through. Done!
