[Ingredients] (Serves 2)
Bacon: 1 slice
Onion: 1/6
Carrot: 1/4
Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
Bouillon cube: 1
Curry powder: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
Water: 400ml
Salt and pepper: to taste
Dried parsley: a little
[Preparation]
1. Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips. Roughly chop the onion. Peel and finely chop the carrot.
[Instructions]
1. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the bacon. Once the fat has rendered, add the onion and carrot and sauté together.
2. Once the onion has softened, add the bouillon cube, curry powder, and water.
3. Once it boils, season with salt and pepper. Pour into bowls and sprinkle with dried parsley.
