Fresh cream baked cheesecake

 


Ingredients (for one 15cm diameter springform pan):


* Cream cheese 200g


* Granulated sugar 70g


* Eggs (medium) 2


* Heavy cream 200ml


* Cake flour 2 tablespoons


* Lemon juice 1 tablespoon


Instructions:

Preparation: Line the pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180°C.


1. Place the cream cheese in a heatproof bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 30-60 seconds until softened.


2. Mix with a whisk until smooth, then add the granulated sugar and mix well.


3. Add the eggs and heavy cream in order and mix.
