Crispy grilled chicken breast with cheese

 

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

4 chicken tenderloins


[A] 2 tablespoons potato starch


[A] 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


[A] 1 teaspoon grated garlic


[A] 1/8 teaspoon salt


[A] black pepper to taste


2 teaspoons vegetable oil


Instructions:


① Remove the sinews from the chicken tenderloins and cut each into 3 equal pieces.


② Place the chicken pieces in a bowl, add [A], and coat thoroughly.


③ Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and arrange the chicken pieces in the pan. Cook without moving until the bottom is golden brown, then flip. Cook both sides until fragrant and cooked through. Finished!
