Refreshing tomato and tofu salad

 


Ingredients (for 2 servings):

2 tomatoes (150g)

1 teaspoon dried wakame seaweed

200g silken tofu

[A] 1 teaspoon soy sauce

[A] 1 teaspoon vinegar

[A] 1 teaspoon sesame oil


Instructions:

① Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.

② Rehydrate the dried wakame seaweed in water and drain well. Put the tomatoes and wakame in a bowl. Lightly pat the silken tofu dry with a paper towel and add it to the bowl using a spoon.

③ Add [A] and gently mix, being careful not to break up the tofu too much. Enjoy!

Sprinkle with white sesame seeds if desired!
