Radish Roll Salad

 


Ingredients (for 2 servings):

Daikon radish 150g

Lettuce 50g

Avocado 1/2

Crab-flavored fish cake 50g

Sweet chili sauce (to taste)



Instructions:

① Peel the daikon radish and slice it thinly with a slicer. Slice the avocado into 5mm thick pieces. Tear the lettuce into pieces that are easy to roll.

② Arrange three slices of daikon radish vertically, overlapping by about 1-2cm. Place the lettuce, avocado, and crab-flavored fish cake on the near side of each slice. Roll them up tightly, securing two rolls together with a toothpick.

③ Arrange on a plate, drizzle with sweet chili sauce, and it's ready!
