Spinach and Bacon Quiche - Easy to Make Using Spring Roll Wrappers Instead of Pie Crust

Ingredients:

4 Spring Roll Wrappers

1 Bag of Spinach

150ml Milk

2 Eggs

40g Pizza Cheese

1 tsp Mayonnaise

1 tsp Consommé Powder

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper to taste

50g Thick-cut Bacon (cut into 1cm strips)

4 Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions:

① Lightly grease the mold with vegetable oil (amount not specified, as needed). Arrange the spring roll wrappers in the mold, overlapping them slightly, and fold any excess inwards.

② Wash the spinach thoroughly, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it on a heatproof dish. Heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes, then rinse in water. Squeeze out the excess water, remove the roots, and cut into 5cm lengths.

③ In a bowl, combine ingredients [A], ②, and thick-cut bacon and mix well.

④ Pour ③ into ① and top with halved cherry tomatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 30-35 minutes. Done!

*The spring rolls are done when a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
