Ingredients
* Shiitake mushrooms…100g
* Green bell pepper…40g
* Salt…2 pinches
* Oyster sauce…1 teaspoon
* White sesame seeds…1 teaspoon
* Sesame oil…1 teaspoon
Instructions
1. Cut the shiitake mushrooms into 7mm slices. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into 5mm slices.
2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the shiitake mushrooms, sprinkle with salt, and sauté over medium heat.
3. Sauté until the shiitake mushrooms are softened.
4. Add the bell pepper and sauté briefly.
5. Add the oyster sauce and stir-fry together.
6. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and let cool.
