Honey butter fried chicken

 


Ingredients (for 2 servings):

Chicken thigh: 1 piece (300g)

[A] Soy sauce: 1 tbsp

[A] Sake: 1 tbsp

[A] Honey: 1 tbsp

[A] Grated garlic: 1/2 tsp

Potato starch: 3 tbsp

Frying oil: appropriate amount

Butter: 10g


Instructions:

① Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Add [A] and rub it in, then let it sit for about 10 minutes.

② Add potato starch to ① and coat evenly. Pour frying oil into a deep fryer to a depth of 5cm and heat to 170℃. Add the coated chicken and fry until cooked through.

③ Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add ② and quickly coat. Once the chicken is glossy, it's done!
