Chopped Salad with New Onions

 


Ingredients (2 servings):

1/4 new onion

1/2 cucumber

1/4 head lettuce (approx. 50g)

5 cherry tomatoes

1 hard-boiled egg

50g block bacon (cut into 1cm cubes)

1 pack mixed salad beans (approx. 50g)

[A] 1 tbsp olive oil

[A] 1/2 tbsp vinegar

[A] 1/3 tsp salt

[A] black pepper to taste


Instructions:

① Finely chop the new onion and spread it out to air for about 15 minutes. Cut the lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and hard-boiled egg into 1cm cubes.


② Heat 1 tsp of salad oil (not included in the ingredients list) in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the block bacon until the surface is crispy.


③ Put all of ①, ②, and the mixed salad beans into a salad bowl. Add [A] and mix everything together roughly, and it's done!
