[Ingredients - Serves 2]
Chicken breast (skinless)...1 piece (approx. 250g)

∟Sake...1 teaspoon
∟Salt...a pinch
Tomatoes...2 (approx. 300g)
■Sauce
∟White sesame seeds...1 tablespoon
∟Oyster sauce, sugar...1 1/2 tablespoons each
∟Vinegar...1/2 tablespoon
∟Soy sauce...1 teaspoon
Cornstarch, vegetable oil
[Instructions]
1. Cut the tomatoes into six wedges. Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces about 1cm thick, sprinkle with A and coat lightly with cornstarch.
2. Mix the sauce ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken and cook for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Place in bowl 2 and mix until the sauce coats the chicken well. Add the tomatoes and mix briefly.
