Snap pea and egg salad

 


[Ingredients for 2 servings]


* Snap peas: 1 bag (100g)


* Cilantro (Coriander): 1-2 sprigs


* Hard-boiled egg: 1


* Canned tuna: 40g


<Dressing>


* Sweet chili sauce: 2 teaspoons


* Olive oil: 2 teaspoons


* Salt and pepper: a pinch


[Preparation]


* Remove the stems and strings from the snap peas, blanch them in boiling water with a pinch of salt (not included in the ingredients list) for 1-2 minutes, and cut them in half diagonally. Trim the roots off the cilantro and chop roughly.

* Roughly chop the hard-boiled egg. Drain the tuna in a colander.


[Instructions]


1. In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the dressing. Add the snap peas, cilantro, hard-boiled egg, and tuna, mix well, and serve on a plate.
