Ingredients (for 2 servings):
3 potatoes
30g pizza cheese
2 slices bacon (cut into 1cm strips)
1 teaspoon consommé powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 spring roll wrappers
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon water
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
① Peel the potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and place them in a heatproof bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 6 minutes. While still hot, mash them with a rolling pin or similar tool.
② Add [A] to ① and mix well.
③ Place 1/4 of ① onto a spring roll wrapper. Fold in the front, sides, and roll towards the back. Apply the mixed [B] to the end of the roll to seal. Make 3 more in the same way.
③ Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat, then arrange the ingredients from step ③. Fry until golden brown, and it's done!
