Ingredients

* 3 cucumbers

* 1 teaspoon salt

* (A) 1 packet udon soup base (Japanese granulated dashi is also OK)

* (A) 1 tablespoon sugar

* (A) 2 tablespoons vinegar

* 2 sliced ​​chili peppers (optional)


Instructions

1) Slice the cucumbers diagonally into thin pieces, rub with salt, let sit for 10 minutes, then drain the water.

2) Put the cucumbers and (A) into a resealable bag, add the chili peppers if you want a spicy kick, and mix well.

3) Marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour, then it's ready.
