[Ingredients for 2 servings]
* Cauliflower: 1/4 head
* Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
* Lemon juice: 1.5 teaspoons
* Potato: 70g
* Onion: 1/4
* Milk: 100ml
* Heavy cream: 50ml
* Salt: a pinch
* Paprika powder: to taste
<Soup>
* Granulated chicken soup stock: 2/3 teaspoon
* Water: 300ml
[Preparation]
* Wash the cauliflower, separate into florets, and boil in hot water with salt and lemon juice. Drain in a colander.
* Peel the potato, cut in half, and slice into 5mm thick pieces. Soak in water.
* Slice the onion thinly crosswise.
[Instructions]
1. Place the soup ingredients, cauliflower, drained potatoes, and onion in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Blend (1) in a blender or with a hand blender until it becomes a paste. Strain the mixture back into the pot and heat over medium heat. Once it comes to a boil, add the milk, and just before it boils, add the heavy cream.
3. Season with salt, pour into bowls, and sprinkle with paprika powder.
