* Macaroni (for salad) 60g
* Cucumber 1/2
* Salt a pinch
* New onion (thinly sliced) about 1/4
* Bell pepper (thinly sliced) about 1/4
<Seasonings>
* Curry powder 2/3 teaspoon
* Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
* Plain yogurt 1 tablespoon
* Sugar 1 teaspoon
* Salt a pinch
* Coarsely ground black pepper a pinch
[Preparation]
* Slice the cucumber thinly, sprinkle with salt, and once softened, quickly rinse with water and squeeze out the excess water. Mix the ingredients for the <Seasonings> in a slightly large bowl.
[Instructions]
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt (not included in the ingredients list), and cook the macaroni.
Boil according to the package instructions.
2. Add (1), cucumber, new onion, and bell pepper to the bowl with the seasonings and mix well. Serve in a dish.
