Crispy Rice Paper Chicken

 


Ingredients (for 2 servings):

1 chicken breast

[A] 1 tbsp soy sauce

[A] 1 tsp sake

[A] 1 tsp sugar

4 sheets of rice paper

Cornstarch (as needed)

4 tablespoons vegetable oil


Instructions: 

① Place the chicken breast cut into sticks and [A] in a bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes.



② Lightly wet the rice paper with water, place the drained chicken from step ① on top, and roll it up. Roll the remaining rice paper in the same way, making a total of 4 rolls, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.




③ Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the rolls from step ②, coated with cornstarch, and fry until crispy. Done!
