Ingredients
* Gyoza wrappers: 5
* Green onion: 5-10 cm
* Pizza cheese: 15 g
* Sesame oil: a little
Directions
Finely chop the green onion.
Arrange the gyoza wrappers, slightly overlapping them, and top with the chopped green onion and cheese.
Roll from one end, sealing the end with water.
Cut into 6 equal pieces and lightly flatten from the top.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook.
Once browned, flip them over, add a little less than 1 tablespoon of water (not included in the ingredients list), and cover.
Once the gyoza wrappers are cooked through, remove the lid and cook until crispy.
