Ingredients (for 2 servings):
1 cucumber
1/2 teaspoon white dashi
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon yuzu pepper
Toasted white sesame seeds (to taste)
Instructions:
① Cut the cucumber into three equal parts, then cut lengthwise into bite-sized pieces.
② In a bowl, combine ingredients [A] and mix well.
③ Add ① and ② to the bowl and mix. Serve in a dish, sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds, and it's ready!
