Avocado Fried Dumplings

 


[Ingredients for 2 servings]


* Avocado: 1


* Lemon juice: 1/2 teaspoon


* Processed cheese: 50-60g


* Salt and pepper: a pinch


* Gyoza wrappers: 10-15


* Frying oil: appropriate amount


[Preparation]


* Cut the avocado lengthwise with a knife, making a deep cut down to the pit. Twist the halves apart with both hands. Remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, place in a bowl, mix with lemon juice, and mash with the back of a fork.


* Cut the processed cheese into 1cm cubes.


* Begin preheating the frying oil to 170°C.


[Instructions]


1. In a bowl, combine the avocado, processed cheese, salt, and pepper and mix well.


2. Take a gyoza wrapper, place about 1 tablespoon of the filling on it, lightly moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half, and seal. 3. Place (2) into 170℃ frying oil and fry until golden brown, then serve on a plate.
