Chicken thigh…1
Potato…1
Green beans…80g
Salt…1/2 teaspoon
[Instructions]
1. Remove excess fat from the chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the potato and cut into batons. Remove the strings from the green beans and cut into 5cm lengths.
2. Place the chicken from step 1 in a frying pan, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for about 5 minutes. Add the potato, green beans, and 4 tablespoons of water, cover, and steam-cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes.
Rub the salt into the chicken in the frying pan. Let it sit for about 5 minutes, then add the other ingredients and steam-cook.
