Smokey Malai Reshmi Kebab

 


Ingredients


500 grams of beef cut into cubes, half a cup of fresh cream, half a cup of mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon of ginger paste, 1 tablespoon of garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of cashew paste, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, for the smoke.


Method


First, mix the beef cubes with fresh cream, cheese, ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder, cashew paste and lemon juice and marinate for at least 4 hours. 

Then thread on skewers and grill. Once grilled, add a smoky flavor with hot coal smoke.
