Crispy and chewy pan-fried bean sprouts

 


Ingredients (for 2 servings):

Bean sprouts: 1 bag (approx. 200g)

Bread flour: 80g

Water: 80ml

Sesame oil: 2 teaspoons

[A] Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon

[A] Chicken stock powder: 1/2 teaspoon

[A] Salt: 1/8 teaspoon




Instructions:

① Place the bean sprouts in a bowl and lightly break them in half lengthwise.

② Add bread flour, water, and [A] and mix well.

③ Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and spread the mixture from step ② in the pan. Once browned, flip it over, cover, and steam-fry over low to medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Once both sides are golden brown, it's done!
