Ingredients:
Chicken thigh (cut into bite-sized pieces) - 1 piece
[A] Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
[A] Pepper - to taste
Cornstarch - to taste
New potatoes - 2
Salad oil - 1 tablespoon
[B] Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
[B] Sake - 1 tablespoon
[B] Mirin - 1 tablespoon
[B] Sugar - 2 teaspoons
[B] Grated garlic - 1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
① Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, rub in [A], and coat with cornstarch.
② Wash the new potatoes well and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place in a heatproof bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 5 minutes.
③ Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then arrange ① and ② in the pan and cook. Cook until both sides are golden brown, then pour in [B] and simmer until the sauce thickens. Finally, add the vinegar and mix quickly, and it's done!
Serve with chopped green onions on top if desired!
