Crispy Chicken (Not Fried)

 


Ingredients (for 2 servings):

[A] Ground chicken breast 250g

[A] Silken tofu 100g

[A] Pizza cheese 20g

[A] Potato starch 1 tbsp

[A] Salt 1/4 tsp

[A] Pepper to taste

Fried tofu 2 pieces

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp


Instructions:

 ① Mix [A] in a bowl.

② Make a slit on one side of the shorter edge of each rectangular fried tofu, turn it inside out, and stuff it with the mixture from ①.

③ Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ②, and cover. Cook until crispy all over. Serve with your favorite sauce or condiments.
