Ingredients
* Chicken breast fillet…1
* Sake…about 1 tablespoon
* Cucumber…about 1/2
* Bean sprouts…about 1/3 bag
* A Soy sauce…about 1 tablespoon
* A Sugar…about 1 tablespoon
* A Vinegar…about 1/2 tablespoon
* A Ground white sesame seeds…appropriate amount. Optional.
* A Mayonnaise…about 1 tablespoon
* A Sesame oil…a little. Optional.
* Toasted white or black sesame seeds…appropriate amount
(For those who find A troublesome)
* B Ponzu sauce…about 1 tablespoon
* B Store-bought sesame dressing…about 1 tablespoon
* B Sugar…a pinch
Instructions
1. Boil the chicken breast fillet in water with sake, then shred it. (If you have time, let it cool in the boiling water before shredding.)
2. Cut the cucumber into thin strips, and boil the bean sprouts and squeeze out the excess water.
*You can boil them together with the chicken breast, but in that case, your hands will get a little oily when you squeeze them.
3. Mix with the combined ingredients from A, arrange on a plate, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
