Bean sprouts and crab-flavored fish cake with wasabi dressing

 



Ingredients (for 2 servings):

Bean sprouts - 1 bag

Crab-flavored fish cake - 4 pieces

[A] Soy sauce - 2 teaspoons

[A] Ground white sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

[A] Grated wasabi - 1/2 teaspoon

[A] Sesame oil - 1/2 teaspoon

[A] Chopped green onions - appropriate amount



Instructions:

① Place the bean sprouts in a heatproof bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes. Drain well.

② Shred the crab-flavored fish cake by hand.

③ Put ①, ②, and [A] into a bowl and mix quickly. Done!
