Pepper Salad with Spring Cabbage and Bacon

 


Ingredients

* Spring cabbage…170g net weight

* Bacon…2 slices

* A Easy Vinegar…2 tablespoons

* A Parmesan cheese…1 tablespoon

* A Coarsely ground black pepper…to taste


Instructions

1. Cut the spring cabbage into small pieces. Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.

2. Place the ingredients from step 1 in a heatproof bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a microwave (600W) for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

3. Once the water has been released, lightly drain it, add A, and mix well.
