Ingredients
New onion...1
Spring cabbage...1/4 head (350g)
Dried shrimp (small shrimp can be substituted)...1 pack (18g)
Vinegar...3 tablespoons
Olive oil...2 tablespoons
Honey...a little less than 1 teaspoon
Salt...1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
1. Slice the new onion thinly.
2. Remove the outer two leaves of the spring cabbage, wash well, and use the inner part as is. Shred the whole thing finely.
3. Put the shredded vegetables in a bowl, add salt, mix well, and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
4. In the meantime, mix together the vinegar, olive oil, and honey. Adjust the amount of honey to your liking.
5. Once the vegetables have softened, add the seasonings.
6. Add the dried shrimp.
7. Mix everything well and it's ready.
