Spinach and plum namul

 



[Ingredients for 2 servings]

* Spinach: 1 bunch

* White leek: 1/4

* Pickled plums: 2

<Seasonings>

* Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon

* Brown sugar: 1 teaspoon

* Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon

[Preparation]

* Blanch the spinach in boiling water until the color brightens, then transfer to cold water. Once cooled, squeeze out the excess water, trim the roots slightly, and cut into 3cm lengths.

* Finely chop the white leek. Remove the pits from the pickled plums and mash them.

[Instructions]

1. In a bowl, combine the well-drained spinach, white leek, and mashed pickled plums. Add the <Seasonings> ingredients and mix well. Serve in a bowl.
