Diced Steak Garlic Fried Rice

 


Ingredients

* Beef steak (any cut): 200g

* Salt and pepper: to taste

* Garlic: 2 cloves

* Eggs: 2

* Warm rice: 360g

* Minced green onion: ½ bunch

* Granulated chicken stock: 2 teaspoons

* Soy sauce: to taste

* Watercress: 40g

* Black pepper: to taste

* Beef fat: 1 piece

* Cut the beef into bite-sized cubes and rub with salt and pepper.

* Slice the garlic thinly and beat the eggs.

* Tear the watercress by hand.


Instructions

1. Heat rice oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Remove the garlic when it is golden brown.

2. Next, add the beef and fry for about 2 minutes until golden brown, then remove.

3. Add the green onions and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add the eggs and mix lightly. Add the rice and stir-fry while breaking it up.


4. Return the steak to the pan, add the chicken stock and stir-fry everything together.


5. Add the watercress, then add the soy sauce from the side of the pan to adjust the flavor.


6. Serve and sprinkle with black pepper.
