[Ingredients for 2 servings]
* Onion: 1/4
* Salt: a pinch
* Sunny lettuce: 2 leaves
* Avocado: 1
* Pastrami beef: 8 slices
* White bread (8 slices): 4 slices
<Herb Mayonnaise>
* Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
* Herb salt: to taste
[Preparation]
* Slice the onion thinly lengthwise, sprinkle with salt, let sit for 5 minutes, rinse with water, and pat dry. Tear the sunny lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
* Mix together the ingredients for the <Herb Mayonnaise>.
* Cut a slit around the avocado lengthwise with a knife, twist to separate into two halves. Remove the pit, peel, and cut into 1cm wide slices.
[Instructions]
1. Spread the herb mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. Place half of the lettuce, onion, pastrami beef, and avocado on each of the two slices of bread.
2. Place the remaining two slices of bread on top, cut in half, and serve on a plate.
