No more shaping hamburgers! A simple hamburger-style recipe that's ready just by frying! Your family will love it.

 


Ingredients (for 2 servings):

200g ground beef and pork mix

1/2 onion

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon sake

1/6 teaspoon salt

Pepper to taste

3 tablespoons tomato ketchup

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 eggs



Instructions:

① Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the finely chopped onion. Once translucent and softened, add the ground beef and ingredients from [A] and sauté until cooked through.

② Add ingredients from [B] and mix well.

③ Crack the eggs into the pan, cover, and cook until the eggs reach your desired consistency.

Sprinkle with dried parsley if desired.

Serving over rice as a donburi (rice bowl) is also recommended!
