Grapefruit and prosciutto tartine

 


[Ingredients for 2 servings]


* Baguette: 15cm


* Grapefruit: 8 segments


* Prosciutto: 4 slices


* Mascarpone cheese: 2 tablespoons


* Baby greens: appropriate amount


* Coarsely ground black pepper: a pinch


* Olive oil: a little


[Instructions]


1. Peel the grapefruit. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise, lightly toast it in a toaster, and spread 1 tablespoon of mascarpone cheese on each half.


2. Place 4 grapefruit segments and 2 slices of prosciutto on each half, sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper. Top with baby greens and drizzle with olive oil.
