Ingredients
* 2 slices of bread (8-slice or 10-slice loaf)
* 60g shrimp shumai (chilled or frozen) or shrimp dumplings
* 2 crab sticks (short type)
* 2 chopped parsley (to taste)
* 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (A)
* 20g pizza cheese (A)
* 1/4 teaspoon grated garlic (A)
* 1/4 teaspoon salt and freshly ground black pepper (A) (to taste)
Instructions
1. Microwave the shrimp shumai according to package directions. Place in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add ingredients A and the finely chopped crab sticks and mix well.
2. Spread half of the mixture onto each slice of bread, pressing down firmly. Make two of these. Toast in a toaster oven until golden brown, cut into bite-sized pieces, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. How about trying this for breakfast or as a snack tonight?
