* Yogurt drink: 200ml
* Powdered gelatin: 2g
* Hot water: 1.5 tablespoons
* Blueberry jam: 1-1.5 tablespoons
* Mint leaves: appropriate amount
[Instructions]
1. Chill the yogurt drink in the refrigerator until just before serving. Sprinkle the powdered gelatin into the hot water and dissolve thoroughly.
The dissolving method varies depending on the type of gelatin, so please dissolve it according to the instructions on the package.
2. Add a small amount of the yogurt drink to the blueberry jam and mix well.
3. Put the chilled yogurt drink and (2) into a bowl, add the dissolved powdered gelatin, and mix well.
