Tofu Tuna Potato Bread

 

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

2 potatoes

150g silken tofu

1 can (70g) canned tuna

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon salt

Pepper to taste

150g pancake mix

1 tablespoon grated cheese



Instructions:

① Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1cm cubes. Place them in a heatproof bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 4-5 minutes.

② In a separate bowl, combine ingredients [A] and mix until smooth. Add the pancake mix and mix further.

③ Add the potatoes from step ① to the mixture from step ② and mix gently. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.

④ Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the portions from step ③ on it. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 20-25 minutes. Done!
