Ingredients:
2 spring roll wrappers
8 slices of loin ham
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
[A] 1 teaspoon plain flour
[A] 1 teaspoon water
Directions:
1. Place 4 slices of loin ham on one spring roll wrapper, making sure they do not overlap. Roll from front to back.
2. Make another set of spring roll wrappers in the same way, placing ham on top of the wrapper. Using 1 as the core, roll from front to back. Secure the end of the roll with the mixed [A] and cut into 8 equal pieces.
3. Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Arrange 2 slices and fry. Once golden brown on all sides, it's done!
