Ingredients:
6 shiitake mushrooms
6 slices thinly sliced beef belly
2 tablespoons potato starch
1 tablespoon salad oil
15g butter
1 teaspoon grated garlic
1 tablespoon grated cheese
Black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cut off the stems from the shiitake mushrooms. Arrange the beef belly cut in half, then wrap the mushrooms around the halves and coat with potato starch.
2. Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Arrange the mushrooms. Once browned, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Reduce the heat to low, add the butter and grated garlic, and mix well.
4. Place the mixture in a serving dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and black pepper, and you're done!
