Ingredients:
200g Daikon Radish
200g Chicken Thighs
4 Tablespoons Mentsuyu (3x Concentrated)
Directions:
1. Peel the daikon radish and cut into 1cm slices. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
2. Add salad oil (not listed, appropriate amount) to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs and stir-fry.
3. Add the daikon radish and stir-fry lightly. Pour in the mentsuyu, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Open the lid and simmer until glossy. Finish!
